We’ve learned that Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire have yet another awesome feature coming with them via the latest issue of CoroCoro.

Both games will enable players to not only fly (as in previous games), but also fly completely free and throughout the game’s overworld. Featured above, the news was confirmed via a scan provided by Serebii.net.

Also confirmed with the issue of CoroCoro was the mega evolutions for Latios, Latias, Pidgeot, and Beedrill. Latios is exclusive to Omega Ruby, while Latias is exclusive to Alpha Sapphire.

In your aerial encounters you’ll be able to find legendary Pokemon such as Reshiram, Zekrom, Dialga and Palkia. These Pokemon can only be found through regions in the sky, as you take flight. You’ll naturally run into normal Pokemon as well, and engaging flight will require the use of the Eon Flute item.

It’s worth noting that details are still unconfirmed, like whether or not you can fly throughout the entire overworld, or just certain areas.
